Five years ago, we noticed a significant need for support of in-house landscape teams at Schools & Universities. That's when E.A. Quinn started to offer supplemental services. This was a customized plan based on the needs of the individual campus. Many schools initially contracted for one or two services. But as their campuses grew and matured, many of these institutions requested additional services.

Now, most of the Schools & Universities we work with have chosen to outsource all of their landscaping needs. This is because of an increase in the cost of labor, equipment, and maintenance of equipment. Many have also found it difficult to not only find staff, but staff that is knowledgeable about their needs.

    Once we understand the needs of your property, we will create a plan that works. The E.A. Quinn team will assign a project manager, initiate a timeline for completion, and alleviate any concerns you have about the project. We are committed to bringing you a seamless experience whether you are looking to renovate an outdoor space or maintain the current property.

  • Considerations

    We offer comprehensive landscape design services that will combine your ideas with our professional evaluation and vision. Our in-house team of designers, master gardeners and stone masons will create a complete, and cost-effective plan for designing, building, and/or maintaining your property. 


    In addition, we have a full understanding of projects that must be handled with care. For example, when building or revamping a playground, our team uses mulch that ensures the health and safety of children and lasts longer.


    Our teams show the utmost respect to families, students, and town employees when operating on these properties. We also guarantee project managers will be highly communicative and able to handle any situation that might arise.

mULCHING

Laying mulch is a monumental job that requires multiple people and a lot of time. Often there is not enough staff to handle the general upkeep of properties, never mind mulching. Current school clients are using our supplemental services for mulching and have been able to better focus on other areas now that they don't have this on their plate.

Our team members are cognizant of the need to put safety of children first. That's why we offer playground mulch. Playground mulch is considered a safer alternative, lasts longer, and is more resistant to erosion than regular mulch.

Upkeep of plant beds can be time consuming, but the addition of mulch can improve the look of your exterior almost immediately. Using our high-tech, automated mulch blowing equipment, our team will take care of plant beds throughout your entire property. Our 500-foot hose allows us to reach tight and faraway areas.
