Justin has only been with the company for 16 months, but his commitment to clients and co-workers makes it seem much longer than that. The UConn Graduate and Glastonbury resident lives by three main tenets in his life: Honesty, Family, and Effort. Justin strives every day to set a good example by being reliable, working hard, having fun, and always learning. His family is the main factor in his daily motivation, but he also follows words from his favorite poem “The Man in the Glass” to keep him centered and focused each day.

Justin worked for a large landscape company before coming onboard at E.A. Quinn. He loves the company culture at E.A. Quinn which allows freedom for creativity, room for opinions, and most importantly, fun! When it comes to work, he takes pride in communicating clearly and following through with promises.

Recently, a new client purchased a home in Connecticut, but still lived in New York City. The client wanted to make upgrades to the home’s outdoor space by adding a patio, outdoor kitchen, and firepit. Due to his demands in the city, he could not oversee the project, so Justin stepped in to help. He acted as the project manager and coordinated multiple trades people involved in different facets of the renovation. He kept all parties in the loop during the entire process and made sure the result was exactly what the client wanted. This action was above and beyond his job description and speaks to the core values of E.A. Quinn. This is one of the reasons we are proud to employ people like Justin.



Outside of work, you will find Justin spending time outside with his family and friends. His favorite place in the world is their family home in New Hampshire where they enjoy being on the water or exploring in the woods. He has been married to his wife Kristen since 2010, whom he met at UConn. They have three adorable boys, Kody 6, Dylan 5, and Owen 2.
